Most of our cupcakes are best stored at cool room temperature in their box and enjoyed within 24–48 hours. Cupcakes with cream cheese frosting or fresh fruit should be refrigerated — just bring them back to room temperature about 30 minutes before serving.
Because every Midnite cupcake is baked to order, they arrive at peak freshness. They're at their very best the day you get them and stay delicious for 2–3 days stored properly at room temperature, or up to 5 days refrigerated.
